This year, photokina will offer its visitors a retail tour during photokina. The tour will take place on Thursday, Sept. 25, 2008.

This shop has a huge selection of new gear, pro equipment, darkroom accessories, a photo studio and even offers amateurs and professional photo equipment on a rental basis. The tour will show the scope of inventory, how it is displayed and provides information on hot ticket items and shelve movement.

An absolute must see for any photographer or photo retailer. The store is located right next the Cologne Cathedral (Dom), the building has been there since the year 1,300. This family owned business has been in operation for more than 50 years and is located in a building with more height then width stretching over 3 stories with many twists and turns. Inventory covers a unique combination of photo and imaging products, new or used. A real treat for anybody who loves “digging” through interesting and new technology in a very unique retail setting.
